📌 By accessing or using Trustope services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Trustope Payment API ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2️⃣ Description of Service

Trustope provides a technology platform that enables merchants and developers to integrate UPI payment collection on their websites, apps, and platforms. We facilitate the connection between payers and payees through the UPI infrastructure.

3️⃣ Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
One person or entity may not maintain more than one active account
Trustope reserves the right to terminate accounts at its discretion

4️⃣ Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trustope only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the service for:

Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities
Money laundering or financing of illegal operations
Selling prohibited goods or services
Impersonating any person or entity
Any activity that violates applicable Indian laws and RBI guidelines

⚠️ Violation of acceptable use policies will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5️⃣ Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the official UPI infrastructure regulated by NPCI
We do not store, hold, or have access to your bank account funds
We are not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or UPI infrastructure
Transaction records are maintained for regulatory compliance purposes

6️⃣ Fees & Charges

Trustope currently offers its payment gateway service at 0% transaction fees. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with at least 30 days prior notice to registered users.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Trustope including but not limited to logos, designs, API documentation, and software are the exclusive property of Trustope and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Trustope shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service
Loss of revenue or data resulting from service interruptions
Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
Actions of third-party payment apps or banking systems

9️⃣ Termination

Trustope may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

🔟 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
